Understand project scope, interpret shop drawings, and plan site execution accordingly.
Supervise and deploy site manpower to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Coordinate the availability of materials, tools, scaffolding, power, and other site resources.
Monitor material inventory, forecast requirements, and coordinate procurement with the purchase team.
Track daily project progress, prepare reports, and participate in review meetings with stakeholders.
Take site measurements, verify contractor/fabricator bills, and coordinate with accounts and sales for payment follow-ups.
