Scope of Work:

To support students through mobilisation, training support, data management, and programme coordination while ensuring a

positive learning experience and successful programme delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Student Mobilisation & Engagement:
Mobilise students for DreamLab and Entrepreneurship Incubator programmes.
Follow up with students for internships and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Conduct student calling and collect success stories and updates.
Coordination with students during events, trainings etc.

Data Management & Tracking:
Maintain internship, placement and earning data of students.
Track entrepreneurship incubator students’ progress and outcomes.
Maintain reports and update programme data regularly.

Additional Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors and support other programme teams.
Take ownership of additional tasks assigned from time to time.

Record Maintenance:
Maintain agreements, consent forms and programme materials.
Keep standees, name plates,



acrylic stands and other assets organised.

Qualification and Experience:
Graduate preferred in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in education, training, mobilisation, youth programmes or programme coordination will be preferred.
Freshers with robust communication and organisational skills may also apply.

Knowledge:

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and basic documentation tools. Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi and English will be preferred.

Reporting to the project Coordinator-DL-Skills

Compensation:

As per organisation standards.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
