Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary CBSE School Director to lead the school's academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of CBSE regulations, and a proven track record in school management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead academic and administrative functions of the school.
Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and policies.
Drive school growth, admissions, and quality improvement.
Mentor Principals, Coordinators, and teaching staff.
Build robust relationships with parents and stakeholders.
Oversee budgeting, recruitment, and strategic planning.
Requirements:
Master's Degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
10+ years of experience in CBSE schools, including senior leadership roles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Robust understanding of CBSE affiliation, curriculum, and compliance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
