ROMAC structural steel estimating and pricing
US structural steel material takeoffs
AISC steel sections and nomenclature
Reading structural contract drawing sets
Material quantity takeoffs from PDF drawings
Steel member identification
Fabrication drawings (preferred)
Miscellaneous steel estimating
Stair and railing takeoffs (preferred)
Bolt and anchor bolt quantity estimation
Base plates, gusset plates, and connection material takeoffs
Ability to understand RFIs, ASIs,



Addenda, and drawing revisions
Preparing accurate Excel takeoff reports for US fabricators and contractors

Primary Deliverables

For every structural steel member, the estimator must accurately identify and record:
Section size (W, HSS, C, MC, L, Pipe, Plate, etc.)
Member quantity
Individual member length
Total linear length
Contract drawing reference number
Grid location (where applicable)
Floor/Level reference
Drawing revision reference (if applicable)
Remarks/Notes for special conditions

The estimator must ensure all Estimation & takeoffs are complete, accurate, and organized according to the clients

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
