About the Role

We're looking for an AI Filmmaker who treats AI as a creative instrument, not a shortcut. Someone who thinks in frames, builds workflows, and understands that the gap between a generated output and a finished film is where the real craft lives.

This role goes beyond execution. You will own the creative process end-to-end, from brief to final delivery and help shape how we produce AI-led content at a brand level.

What You'll Do
Lead AI video production from brief and script to storyboard, style frames, and final output
Translate campaign objectives into visual direction through structured prompting and iterative refinement
Maintain consistency across characters, settings, pacing, and brand identity
Build internal workflows - prompt libraries, style templates, and quality benchmarks - so output is repeatable, not one-off
Collaborate with Creative Producers, Motion Editors, and Designers to deliver polished, brand-ready content




Adapt outputs for advertising formats: 10s, 15s, 30s cuts, Reels, and short-form performance ads
Actively experiment with emerging AI tools and introduce better ways of working

What You Bring
A robust visual eye - composition, framing, colour, and pacing feel instinctive to you
Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools and the ability to keep up as they evolve
A workflow mindset - you build systems, not just outputs
Understanding of what makes content perform on platform, not just look good
Ability to work across creative, motion, and editing teams with clarity and speed
Bonus: experience on a production set or shoot
