Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (as applicable)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator with 4–5 years of relevant experience to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, analyzing project costs, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and preparing competitive bids within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Analyze project requirements and estimate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare tender submissions, bid proposals, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project execution teams for cost inputs.
Identify project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.




Maintain an updated database of material rates, labor costs, and vendor quotations.
Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
Support post-tender negotiations and clarifications with clients.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of estimation techniques and construction costing.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Valuable analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
