Key Responsibilities:
Visit retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Promote and sell Vitika Foods’ premium makhana products under the brand Crunchi Waves.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Identify market opportunities and expand product reach in assigned areas.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
Coordinate with distributors and ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Follow up with customers for repeat orders and long-term business relationships.

Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Food Industry sales preferred.




Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel and work in the field.
Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of local market and retail network.

Qualification:
Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
Freshers with robust sales skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
