Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Debt Recovery Agent who is fluent in Kannada. The role involves communicating with customers to ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, or messaging to recover outstanding payments.
Communicate clearly in Kannada to explain dues and negotiate payment arrangements.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.
Handle disputes and escalate cases when necessary.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring recovery goals are achieved.

Requirements:
Fluency in Kannada (mandatory).
Robust negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle challenging conversations professionally.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage).
