Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and secure operations. Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.
Oversee the implementation of Requests for Change and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of cloud service models and deployment architectures.
Experience with incident and problem management processes in cloud environments.
Ability to create and manage Requests for Change effectively.
Familiarity with vendor management and collaboration in technical issue resolution.
Skilled in maintaining and updating technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
