Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Executive to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a fresher or has up to 2 years of experience, possesses robust MS Excel skills, has basic SAP knowledge, and is willing to work in rotational shifts, including 2nd and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

Update inventory transactions and warehouse data in SAP (basic level).

Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel, including stock reports, inventory reconciliation, and dispatch summaries.

Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely material movement.

Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.

Ensure compliance with warehouse processes, safety standards, and company policies.

Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward material movement.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Required Qualifications





Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.

Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, or logistics operations.

Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work in 2nd shift and night shift (mandatory).

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions
