Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant / Accounts Manager to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
Record and reconcile bank transactions, cash, and petty cash.
Books, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process vendor payments by branch.
Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure timely GST/VAT, TDS, payroll, and other statutory compliance (as applicable).
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory records.
Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
Support administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.




Prepare audit schedules and monthly bank reconciliation schedules.
Perform General Ledger (GL) scrutiny to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Review and reconcile vendor remuneration/payments.
Prepare audit reconciliations and support the completion of internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
Qualified qualification (CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage for managerial roles.
1–3 years of experience for Accounts Assistant; 5+ years for Accounts Manager.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
