Job Description:

We are a growing IT software company with our own suite of software products, and we are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing clients.
Handle client queries and provide timely support and assistance.
Coordinate with clients regarding software license renewals and related services.
Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams to address client requirements and concerns.
Work closly with the sales leads and generate new leads.
