VJS Hospitality is seeking a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for serviced apartments and furniture rental services. The ideal candidate should possess robust sales, client relationship management, and business development skills, preferably with prior experience in the serviced apartment, hospitality, relocation, or real estate industry.

Candidates from a serviced apartment background will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and generate new business prospects through networking, client references, market research, and cold calling.
Promote serviced apartments and furniture rental solutions to corporate and individual clients.Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Track business performance and suggest improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.




Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and foster future business.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within the hospitality industry.
Candidates with prior experience in serviced apartments, corporate housing, relocation services, real estate, or hospitality sales will be preferred.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and problem solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Language:
English (Required)
Working days: 6 days in a week (2 saturday off in a month)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
