Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and manufacturing accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GST reconciliations.
Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns and compliance with Income Tax regulations.
Prepare and reconcile purchase, sales, and stock records related to manufacturing operations.
Monitor inventory valuation, production accounting, and cost records.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.




Process vendor payments and customer collections.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or MBA (Finance) preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of:
Bookkeeping
GST
TDS
Bank Reconciliation
Financial Statements
Inventory & Manufacturing Accounting
Statutory Compliance
Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
