process

Onboarding newcomers to the company

Determining suitable salaries and remuneration

Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements

Developing adequate induction and training

Supporting employee opportunities for career development

Managing succession planning of staff

Assisting with the performance management and review process

Should be Knowledgeable and responsible for legal compliances process and follow

ups.

Should be responsible for managing and handling all administration work.

Would be considered as legal face of Company for any kind of legal disputes.

Tracking of License and get It renewed before timeline

Cross verifying MIS with the team

Getting the Recent joining form filled up with associates and asking team to maintain

records





Working and verifying salary sheet and providing the data to accounts team on or before

5th of every month

Issuance of Appointment letter and Salary Annexure as and when a candidate is hired

Sharing Recent joinees Bank details with Accounts team by 2nd

of every month

Issuance of Medical card to new joinees

Resolving queries raised by associated

Expense sheet to be received to HR by 2nd of every month in hardcopy and same need to

get verified by NOM and submit to Accounts team by 7th of every month

Maintenance of Assets provided to every site

Issuance of warning letter, Absconding letter and termination letter

Minimum Experience: - 3 to 5 years

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
