Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Check quality of materials and workmanship
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Manage labor and material usage efficiently
Maintain proper documentation (BOQ, DPR, measurement sheets, etc.)
Assist in project planning and scheduling
Should have Drawing read ability.
