Ensure smooth day-to-day hospital operations during the assigned shift.
Coordinate with all departments to maintain uninterrupted patient care.
Monitor patient flow across OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, OT, and diagnostic services.
Ensure optimal utilization of hospital resources and facilities.
Conduct regular rounds across departments to assess operational efficiency.
Patient Care & Experience
Address patient and attendant concerns promptly and professionally.
Resolve complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and service excellence.
Facilitate VIP patient management and special care requirements.
Monitor patient waiting times and service turnaround times.
