Key Responsibilities

⦁ Process mutual fund transactions (Purchase, Redemption, SIP, STP, and SWP).

⦁ Coordinate with AMCs, CAMS, and KFintech for transaction processing.

⦁ Verify client documents and maintain accurate records.

⦁ Prepare and submit mutual fund forms and related documents.

⦁ Generate MIS reports and ensure data accuracy.

⦁ Interact with clients to resolve queries and provide updates on their transactions.

⦁ Support the advisory team with day-to-day operational activities.

⦁ Assist in managing the day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

⦁ Ensure compliance with SEBI and AMFI guidelines.

Requirements

⦁ 5–10 years of experience in financial services.

⦁ Graduate in Commerce, Finance,



or any related field.

⦁ Experience in mutual fund, stock broking, bonds, AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), PMS, or wealth management.

⦁ Experience in directly interacting with clients and resolving their queries.

⦁ Knowledge of CAMS, KFintech, and AMC portals is preferred.

⦁ Valuable communication and customer handling skills.

⦁ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

⦁ Robust attention to detail and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
