Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules with candidates and interview panels.
Negotiate salary, roll out offer letters, and manage offer acceptance.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Maintain recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.




Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of interview techniques and candidate assessment.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Sales, or Corporate roles.
Experience working in a staffing consultancy or corporate talent acquisition team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
