Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Raise customer invoices accurately and on time.

Follow up with customers for outstanding collections.

Prepare and process travel allowance claims.

Calculate and prepare employee incentive payments.

Prepare accounts payable schedules and vendor payment lists.

Process supplier and other business payments.

Pass all accrual and adjusting journal entries.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash records.





Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Perform all other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

2–5 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally,

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
