Job Description:The role description as follows:
Techno Functional Consultant with 7 to 12 years of extensive experience in Warehouse management domain with expertise in Manhattan Active
Level 2 Problem Root Cause Analysis for complex problems and delivering optimal solutions for 3PL logistics
Support with exposure to business operations to provide fix to Functional/Operational issues.
Evaluates and provides technical solutions to application problems
Providing support by fixing the incidents/or providing workarounds for incident reduction
Defining the to-be-processes and detailed functional and technical designs based on customer requirements
Identifying Process Gaps and providing suggestions to improve process quality
Work closely with customer and product owners for custom extensions to the existing functionality
