Job Responsibilities:

Customer Quality
Lead customer complaint investigations using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other problem-solving methodologies.
Coordinate containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification.
Interface with customers on quality issues, audits, and improvement activities.
Prepare and submit quality documentation, including 8D reports, PPAP documents, and deviation requests.

Manufacturing Quality
Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, inspection standards, and work instructions.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Lead first-off inspections, process validations, and production approvals.
Drive defect reduction, scrap reduction, and process capability improvement.
Analyze quality trends and implement preventive actions.

Quality Management System
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 3834, customer-specific requirements, and applicable standards.
Plan and conduct internal process and product audits.
Support external certification, customer, and regulatory audits.
Ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Supplier Quality
Evaluate supplier performance and coordinate supplier corrective actions.




Review supplier PPAP submissions and quality documentation.
Conduct supplier audits and drive supplier quality improvements.

Continuous Improvement
Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke) initiatives.
Use SPC and data analysis to improve process capability.
Identify opportunities to reduce variation and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting
Review engineering drawings, GD&T;, customer specifications, and technical standards.
Prepare quality metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
Maintain calibration, inspection, and quality records.

Team Leadership
Guide and mentor Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and production teams.
Conduct quality training and awareness programs.
Support cross-functional teams during current product introduction (NPI) and engineering changes

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
