Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our energetic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining solid, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to offer appropriate products and services.
Proactively identify and pursue recent business opportunities within the existing client base through cross-selling and up-selling.




Conduct regular client reviews to assess portfolio performance, discuss market trends, and re-evaluate financial goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit, and operations, to ensure seamless client service delivery.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals and reports to clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant advice.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
