Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall conversion rates.

• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify current growth prospects.

• Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

• Implement and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM),



and Meta Pixel.

• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to execute high-impact campaigns.

• Experience managing campaigns for international clients will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Solid expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines while achieving performance goals.
