Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Manage site materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
Resolve site-related issues and escalate critical concerns to management.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.




Train workers on safety procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
28 years of experience in site supervision, construction, industrial projects, or manufacturing facilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices.
Ability to read technical drawings and project plans.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
