Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete purchase order (PO) lifecycle from order placement to final delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for order confirmation, production status, and shipment schedules.
Follow up regularly with vendors to ensure timely production and dispatch.
Maintain daily communication with suppliers regarding pending orders and delivery commitments.
Track order status and update internal MIS reports accurately.
Monitor delivery timelines and proactively resolve delays.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth material movement.
Verify purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and related documents.
Ensure product quality and specifications meet company standards.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify current sourcing opportunities.
Negotiate delivery schedules, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order status and pending follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales, inventory, and planning teams to maintain stock availability.
Maintain accurate records of vendor communications,



purchase orders, and follow-up history.
Resolve supplier issues related to shortages, quality, delayed deliveries, or documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience in MIS reporting.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and orders simultaneously.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
5–6 years of experience in Merchandising, Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
Experience in the textile, garment, retail, or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
