Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns.
Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
