The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet project requirements. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the application aligns with the overall business objectives. Collaboration and communication are key components throughout the day to maintain alignment and drive project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of application design and configuration activities to meet project goals.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
Robust knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
Experience in managing software development lifecycles and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with integration of software components and ensuring system interoperability.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
