Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering & proficiency in AutoCAD
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project cost estimates based on architectural and structural drawings.
Interpret and review engineering drawings in AutoCAD, working closely with the detailing team to ensure accurate quantity calculations and cost planning.
Support cost management activities, including budget development, cost evaluation, rate analysis, tender BOQ validation, and project cost tracking.
Coordinate with rebar detailing and estimation teams to verify reinforcement quantities and contribute to cost-effective project execution.
Prepare and maintain estimation records, quantity reports, and project documentation while adhering to client specifications and industry best practices.
Work Location: In person at Salem
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,100.00 per month
