Job Description

DIVYA BHUMI DEVELOPERS is looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital advertising, lead generation, and social media marketing, with a robust focus on generating quality real estate leads through Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
Manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
Create high-converting ad creatives using Canva or Photoshop.
Edit Reels and promotional videos using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for better CPL and ROI.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
Assist with WhatsApp marketing and basic SEO activities.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.




Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Basic experience with Google Ads.
Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop.
Video editing skills using CapCut or Premiere Pro.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Experience in Real Estate Marketing is preferred.
