We focus on thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and building timeless wardrobes. As a growing brand, we're looking for passionate individuals who are excited to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of running a fashion business.

We are looking for a Fashion Operations Intern to join our team for a 1–2 month paid internship at our Mumbai office.

This is a full-time, in office role where you'll work closely with the founders and gain exposure to the complete backend operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of production, order management, and inventory while supporting the team across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilties
Assist with production coordination and follow-ups with vendors and manufacturing partners.
Manage order processing, dispatch tracking, and customer order updates.
Coordinate inventory, stock movement, and product organization.
Maintain production records, order sheets, and operational documentation.




Support backend operations across Shopify, including order management and product updates.
Work with Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain reports, trackers, and operational data.
Assist with quality checks, packaging, and dispatch coordination.
Support the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day business operations.

Qualifications
Robust organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Familiarity with Shopify is preferred (or willingness to learn quickly).
Valuable communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
Interest in fashion, retail, or e-commerce operations.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Business, Retail, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
