Key Responsibilities
Manage YouTube channels for School (Class 9–12) and CUET.
Drive content strategy, SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Optimise titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.
Coordinate with Academic, Production, Design, Editing, and Marketing teams.
Monitor channel performance and share actionable insights using YouTube Analytics.
Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention, subscriber growth, and overall channel performance.
Plan content calendars for live classes, one-shots, revision series, Shorts, and campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimisation strategies.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of YouTube SEO, Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
Experience managing educational YouTube channels (School/CUET preferred).
Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Understanding of YouTube algorithms, audience behaviour, and thumbnail strategy.
