Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with taxation requirements, and supporting the finance team in billing, receivables, and vendor management. The role is critical for maintaining financial transparency and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and ledger verification.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Billing & Invoicing
Generate GST-compliant invoices for projects, services, and annual maintenance contracts.
Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.
Coordinate with project and sales teams for billing documentation.

Accounts Receivable
Track outstanding payments from clients.
Conduct follow-ups for overdue invoices and maintain receivable reports.
Prepare customer aging reports.

Accounts Payable




Maintain vendor ledgers and verify invoices.
Process vendor payments as per company approval processes.
Track advance payments and purchase order reconciliations.

Taxation & Compliance
Support preparation and reconciliation of GST returns.
Maintain records for TDS compliance and statutory filings.
Assist auditors during internal and statutory audits.

MIS & Reporting
Prepare monthly financial summaries and expense reports.
Assist in preparing management reports and financial dashboards.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance

Experience
1–3 years experience in accounting or finance operations preferred.

Required Skills
Working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / accounting software
Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid attention to detail and financial accuracy
Valuable coordination and communication skills
