We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Delivery Customer Support Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued food delivery customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and positive from order placement to delivery. You will be responsible for addressing a wide range of inquiries, resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and app functionality, and providing exceptional support to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires robust communication skills, empathy, and the ability to troubleshoot quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels regarding food delivery orders.
Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring accurate communication with restaurants and delivery partners.
Investigate and resolve delivery-related issues, such as late deliveries, incorrect orders, missing items, and driver-related concerns, by coordinating with relevant internal teams and external partners.




Provide explicit and concise information regarding menu items, restaurant hours, delivery zones, pricing, and promotional offers.
Troubleshoot technical issues customers may encounter with the food delivery application or website, guiding them through solutions.
Process refunds, credits, and compensation requests in accordance with company policies and customer satisfaction guidelines.
Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
Gather customer feedback and identify trends to contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives and product enhancements.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments for further investigation and resolution, ensuring a smooth handover.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers and represent the company's brand.
Educate customers on platform features, promotions, and best practices for using the food delivery service.
