Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential apartment construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors, and completing the project within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor daily site progress and maintain work schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
Ensure proper quality control during RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
Conduct material inspections and verify quality before use.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports.
Check measurements and maintain site records.
Identify site issues and resolve them promptly to avoid project delays.
Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution of services.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality requirements.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of residential apartment construction.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and BOQ.
Experience in quality inspection and site execution.
Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
Positive communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to handle contractors and labour efficiently.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in residential apartment construction.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in handling G+3, G+5, or high-rise residential projects.
Strong focus on quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Pay: ₹28,780.70 - ₹38,001.11 per month
