Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internet connectivity, fiber/UTP cabling, routers, switches, and customer premises equipment (CPE). Ensure timely service delivery, fault resolution, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission broadband and leased line connections.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues at customer sites.
Configure routers, switches, ONTs, and Wi-Fi devices.
Perform preventive maintenance and network health checks.
Coordinate with the NOC and support teams for issue resolution.
Maintain service reports and update work status.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Fiber Optics, and networking devices.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Valuable communication and troubleshooting skills.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
