Industry Experience
Prior experience in Fish Feed marketing is preferred.
Candidates from aquaculture, animal feed, poultry feed, shrimp feed, or other related industries are also considered.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

The candidate should be able to:
Lead and manage the marketing and sales team.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare sales plans and monitor target achievement.
Design and implement customer incentive/sales promotion schemes.
Drive business development and expand market presence.
Maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

Location Preference
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market is essential.

Candidates having an existing network or experience in the following markets will be preferred:
Moyna
Haroa
Other nearby fish farming/aquaculture markets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
