We are seeking a energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Chakra Academy. The role involves telecalling and direct engagement with schools to establish partnerships for our Integrated NEET/JEE and Foundation Programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct telecalling campaigns to reach school principals and correspondents.
Present and explain the advantages of our Integrated and Foundation Programmes.
Build and maintain robust relationships with schools for tie-ups and collaborations.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and support the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and partnership progress.

Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Tamil & English preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or educational marketing is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Graduate degree in any discipline.

Pay: ₹9,853.27 - ₹33,801.82 per month
