Role Overview

We are seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, hands‑on experience with ad platforms, and a data‑driven mindset to improve ROI and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaigns execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other performance channels.
Budget Optimization focusing on CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
Performance Analysis using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Conduct A/B Testing for creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and ad copies.
Carry out Audience Targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
Hands‑on expertise in PPC, paid social campaigns, conversion optimization, retargeting strategies.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager.
Understanding of SEO basics, landing page optimization, marketing funnels, and attribution tracking.
