Additional Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead junior engineers, site supervisors, and project staff, ensuring effective task allocation and performance management.
Manage and coordinate skilled and unskilled labour to achieve project milestones safely and efficiently.
Plan, monitor, and control the procurement of construction materials, ensuring timely ordering and availability at site.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining robust professional relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct daily project review meetings with clients, consultants, contractors,



and internal teams to discuss project progress, address technical and commercial issues, review action items, and ensure timely decision-making.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, resource requirements, and mitigation plans to clients and senior management.
