Role Overview
As a Deputy Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the online purchase of term and health insurance policies, providing expert consultation, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the online purchase journey for term and health insurance plans.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable insurance products.
Explain policy features, resolve queries,
and build lasting customer trust.
Use consultative selling and proactive follow-ups to drive conversions.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Adhere to company sales processes and compliance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
Solid communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and capable of performing in a quick-paced environment.
Customer-first mindset with the ability to simplify complex products.
