Required Years of Experience: 8 to 10 Years ( Network SRE (NRE) – L3)

Key Technical Requirements
Solid experience in Routers and Switches including design, installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operations.
Hands-on expertise in networking protocols and technologies:
TCP/IP
DHCP
DNS
VRRP
SNMP
STP/RSTP
VLANs
Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS)
Experience in deploying greenfield network infrastructure and enabling connectivity for recent OCI regions and child sites.
Strong Python scripting skills for network automation.
Developing scripts and automation (Python preferred) to reduce manual deployment effort.
Experience with Netmiko and Paramiko for infrastructure automation and maintenance.
Experience supporting brownfield network scaling, rack additions, compute expansions, decommissioning, and server rack adds.
Building and managing data center fabric, edge, backbone, metro fiber, and large-scale network environments.
Experience in region builds, DRCC/Alloy expansions, multi-cloud integrations, and network turn-up activities.




Operating and Build CI/CD pipeline setting using GitHub and OCI’s internal tools for automated deployments.
Leveraging networking expertise across:
BGP
OSPF
VXLAN
IPv4 / IPv6
DNS
DHCP
IPSEC
VPN
SSL
Hands-on experience with Arista, Cisco, and similar enterprise networking platforms.
Execution of Jira ticket assignments that relate to Network infrastructure RNS projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment.
Coordination with team and project meetings.

Additional Notes
Preference should be given to candidates with Network Automation and SRE experience.
Candidates must be comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts.
