Job Title: General Manager – Resort & Wellness Operations

Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee the complete operations of the Resort and Wellness Centre, ensuring smooth coordination between front-end guest services and back-end operational departments. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence, staff productivity, facility management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all resort and wellness centre operations.
Supervise Front Office, Guest Relations, Accounts, and Customer Service teams.
Oversee Housekeeping, Kitchen, Maintenance, Electrical, Security, Garden, Transport, and Support Staff.
Coordinate with Doctors, Physiotherapists, Therapists, and Wellness teams to ensure quality patient and guest care.
Monitor construction, infrastructure development, and facility maintenance.
Ensure high standards of hospitality, hygiene, safety, and service quality.
Manage manpower planning, departmental coordination, and daily operations.
Control operational budgets,



inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
Resolve guest concerns and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in hospitality, resort, healthcare, or wellness operations.
Robust leadership, administration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
