Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented GeM Tender Executive to manage government tenders and procurement processes related to medical devices and healthcare equipment. The candidate will be responsible for handling GeM portal activities, tender submissions, documentation, order processing, and coordination with internal teams and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities
Handling complete operations of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
Searching, analyzing, and applying for relevant tenders related to medical devices and hospital equipment.
Preparing and submitting technical and commercial bid documents within deadlines.
Managing product catalog uploads, updates, and pricing on the GeM portal.
Coordinating with OEMs, clients, and internal departments for tender-related documentation.
Preparing compliance sheets, authorization letters, product specifications, and other tender documents.




Monitoring bid status, reverse auctions, order processing, and payment follow-ups.
Maintaining records of tenders, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.
Handling communication with government departments and procurement authorities.
Ensuring all tender activities comply with company policies and government regulations.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of GeM portal operations and government tender procedures.
Understanding of medical devices and healthcare equipment specifications.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Robust documentation and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
