Are you a culinary artist with a passion for bold Asian flavors and creative fusion dishes? We’re looking for a talented Asian Fusion Chef to join our kitchen team! If you're skilled in preparing Oriental cuisine, including momo, dim sum, sushi, and bao, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute a diverse menu of Asian fusion dishes with a focus on:
Momos (Nepali/Tibetan dumplings)
Dim Sum (Chinese-style bite-sized dishes)
Sushi (Japanese traditional & fusion)
Bao (steamed buns with cutting-edge fillings)
Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
Collaborate on seasonal menu development and kitchen innovation
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations
Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
