Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, promoting products/services, and achieving daily/weekly sales or appointment targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Make 80–100 outbound/Inbound calls per day to prospects, existing customers, and leads.
Understand the product/service offerings and effectively pitch them over the phone.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments/meetings for the Tele Medicine team.
Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally.
Update customer information and call logs accurately in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Follow scripts while being flexible to handle objections and close calls successfully.
Conduct follow-up calls.
Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.




Provide regular reports on call volume, conversion rates, and feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English + Hindi.
Valuable listening skills and ability to understand customer needs quickly.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, internet).
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome; prior telecalling/BPO experience is a big advantage.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
