We are looking for a energetic and energetic Pre-Sales Executive to drive brand visibility and lead generation during the pre-launch phase of upcoming Cult.fit centers. The role primarily focuses on BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities, pamphlet distribution, kiosk management, and walk-in engagement while the center is under development.

Field Sales, Communication Skills, Presales

Responsibility
Execute BTL marketing activities in nearby residential and commercial areas.
Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials to generate awareness and leads.
Set up and manage on-ground kiosks near the upcoming center location.
Attend and engage walk-in prospects at the kiosk.
Explain Cult.fit membership plans, offers, and advantages to potential customers.
Capture and maintain lead data accurately.




Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
Support pre-launch promotional campaigns and local activations.
Ensure brand representation and customer experience standards are maintained at all times.

Requirement
Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or promotional activities.
Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor marketing.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with high energy levels.
Willingness to work in a pre-launch setup and flexible shifts.
