As a Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
 Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable property options
 Coordinating and conducting client meetings and property site visits
 Explaining project details, pricing, offers, and investment prospects to clients
 Maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective clients
 Converting leads into successful sales opportunities
 Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to overall team goals




 Maintaining daily reports, client records, and activity updates
 Building and maintaining solid client relationships

Skills Required:
 Salary Robust communication, convincing, and client handling skills
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and MS Excel reporting Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
Salary:
up to ₹3 – ₹6 LPA.
