Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive candidate for the role of Purchase &Operations; Executive / Operations Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for handlingday-to-day operational activities, purchase coordination, vendor follow-ups, and internal teamcoordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily operational and coordination activities
● Handle purchase processes including quotations, vendor coordination, and orderfollow-ups
● Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow execution
● Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
● Follow up with vendors regarding deliveries and pending requirements
● Support inventory and material tracking activities
● Ensure timely completion of operational tasks and assignments
● Prepare and update MIS reports and operational data
● Assist management in process improvement and coordination activities
