Client Consultation & Assessment: Interview clients to understand their goals, assess eligibility for various immigration programs (e.g., Express Entry, family sponsorship), and provide strategic advice.
Application Preparation: Gather, verify, and meticulously prepare all required forms and supporting documents (birth certs, transcripts, records) to prevent errors and delays.
Liaison & Representation: Act as the client's representative, submitting applications to government agencies (like IRCC) and communicating with them on the client's behalf.
Legal Compliance: Maintain expert knowledge of constantly changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure all actions are compliant.
Case Management: Oversee a portfolio of cases, track progress, manage deadlines, and proactively inform clients of status updates, potential delays,



or required next steps.
Interview Preparation: Prepare clients for visa interviews, if required.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain solid relationships, offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire, often stressful, process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Deep understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Solid attention to detail and research abilities.
